("AMPHORA TECHNOLOGIES") with NIF B01660059 and registered office at Calle Calatrava 51, 08017, Barcelona.

For this purpose, AMPHORA TECHNOLOGIES hereby states that it has an e-mail address (privacy@amphoralogistics.com) available to all users of the Social Networks and the Website (www.amphoralogistics.com).

Processing purposes and legal basis

The purpose of the processing of personal data is, with respect to users of the Website and with respect to suppliers, customers or other third parties (jointly and indistinctly, the "Users") the provision of the services associated with it (i.e. issuance of invoices, etc.), to meet the commitments generated by the respective contracts, having expressly consented to the processing of data when registering on the platform or at the time of signing such contracts.

Privacy policy in social networks

In case the User has a profile in any of the Social Networks of AMPHORA TECHNOLOGIES and decides to join the pages created by AMPHORA TECHNOLOGIES, by joining our page, he/she expressly consents to the processing of those personal data published in his/her profile.

The User of the Social Network can access at all times to the privacy policies of the Social Network itself, as well as configure your profile to ensure your privacy.

AMPHORA TECHNOLOGIES has access to and processes the User's public information, especially the User's contact name. These data are only used within the Social Network itself. They are not incorporated into any file.

User rights

In relation to the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, limitation of processing, portability and opposition, these can be exercised before AMPHORA TECHNOLOGIES, in accordance with current data protection regulations. In this regard, the following nuances must be taken into account:

Access: It will be defined by the functionality of the Social Network and the access capacity to the information of the users' profiles.
Rectification: It can only be satisfied in relation to information that is under the control of AMPHORA TECHNOLOGIES, for example, deleting comments posted on the page itself. Normally, this right must be exercised before the corresponding Social Network.
Cancellation and/or Opposition: As in the previous case, it can only be satisfied in relation to that information that is under the control of AMPHORA TECHNOLOGIES, for example, to stop being linked to the profile.
