In accordance with the provisions of the current regulations on Personal Data Protection and Law 34/2002, of July 11, 2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (“LSSICE”), the user data will be incorporated into the processing system owned by AMPHORA TECHNOLOGIES S.L. (“AMPHORA TECHNOLOGIES”) with NIF B01660059 and registered office at Calle Calatrava 51, 08017, Barcelona.

For this purpose, AMPHORA TECHNOLOGIES hereby states that it has an e-mail address (privacy@amphoralogistics.com) available to all users of the Social Networks and the Website (www.amphoralogistics.com).

Processing purposes and legal basis

The purpose of the processing of personal data is, with respect to users of the Website and with respect to suppliers, customers or other third parties (jointly and indistinctly, the “Users”) the provision of services associated with this (i.e. issuance of invoices, etc.), meet the commitments generated by the respective contracts, having expressly consented to the processing of data when registering on the platform or at the time of signing such contracts.

In any case, Users may withdraw their consent at any time by sending an email to privacy@amphoralogistics.com or by sending their request to the postal address Calle Calatrava 51, 08017, Barcelona.

For clarification purposes only, in the case of Users or Clients who are legal entities, they are expressly obliged to communicate and inform their employees/employees/collaborators of the Data Policy of AMPHORA TECHNOLOGIES and to obtain their consent when so determined by the legislation in force.

Addressees

The data of the Interested Parties will be communicated, if necessary, to the public administrations and entities (public or private) that are necessary for the fulfillment of the purpose for which they were collected. Additionally, AMPHORA TECHNOLOGIES may transfer the data to third parties with whom it has signed a service contract as Data Processor.

Exercise of rights of interested parties

Privacy policy in social networks

In the event that the User has a profile on any of the AMPHORA TECHNOLOGIES Social Networks and decides to join the pages created by AMPHORA TECHNOLOGIES, by joining our page, he/she expressly consents to the processing of the personal data published on his/her profile.

The User of the Social Network can access at all times to the privacy policies of the Social Network itself, as well as configure their profile to ensure their privacy.

AMPHORA TECHNOLOGIES has access to and processes the User's public information, especially his/her contact name. These data are only used within the Social Network itself. They are not incorporated into any file.

User rights

In relation to the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, limitation of processing, portability and opposition, these can be exercised before AMPHORA TECHNOLOGIES, in accordance with current data protection regulations. In this sense, the following nuances must be taken into account:

Access: It will be defined by the functionality of the Social Network and the capacity to access the information of the users' profiles.
Rectification: It can only be satisfied in relation to information that is under the control of AMPHORA TECHNOLOGIES, for example, deleting comments posted on the page itself. Normally, this right must be exercised before the corresponding Social Network.
Cancellation and/or Opposition: As in the previous case, it can only be satisfied in relation to that information that is under the control of AMPHORA TECHNOLOGIES, for example, to stop being linked to the profile.
